Cancellation Policy

- 30-day written notice required for cancellation
- One final scheduled billing will occur during the notice period

Do I have to sign a contract?
At Crown BJJ, we offer both commitment-based membership options and a flexible month-to-month plan. Our contract memberships are designed to support consistent training and progression, while still giving you the choice of a non-commitment option if that’s a better fit.
What ages does Youth Membership cover?
Our Youth Membership includes all kids and teens programs, typically for ages 4–17. We group classes by age and experience level to create the best learning environment for your child.
How do I switch membership tiers?
Membership tier changes may be requested at the beginning of a billing cycle. To support student progress and program flow, members may adjust their tier once every 6 months. Our team is here to help ensure the transition is smooth.
Can my spouse or kids join, too?
Yes! Training as a family is one of the best ways to stay consistent on the mats. We offer a Family Add-On that gives discounted rates when multiple family members train with us. Most families choose a 12-month commitment to lock in the best pricing and ensure steady progress together. Let us know who’s joining and we’ll walk you through the best option.
Can I bring a guest or drop in?
Yes! Experienced visitors are welcome with a $40 drop-in pass. Friends and family members can also start with a free trial class anytime—just have them register in advance.
